All 12 of the oysters were full of body.  All had plenty of juice for the size.  Compared to the Whole Foods FAnny Bay (larger) oysters, these had a higher ratio of flavor:meat.  Sometimes the fanny bay oysters would be dry.  THese were packed with the true essence of the ocean.
